I live in Australia so I usually get high ping but on other mmos such as WoW, Guild Wars 2 and Wildstar I get around a pretty steady 200 ping. In ESO I get around an average of 300-400 ping. Sometimes it gets to around 250 and then on bad days up to 600. PvP can be fairly unplayable.
